If you find it hard to put on muscle mass and to make the most of the food you eat and the training you do, you are probably part of that percentage of people who need a key natural boost for recovery and muscle growth.
Limitless formulated the definitive natural anabolic supplement precisely for this type of person. A blend of active ingredients known to insiders for their effectiveness, brought together for a product that was missing. This gave rise to one of the best supplements, if not the best on the market, that finally lets you get past that plateau and helps everyone who wants to increase mass and strength with no contraindications or worries about illicit substances.
That is how Axids Bolic was born, an innovative supplement based on the best natural anabolics around, Arachidonic Acid and Phosphatidic Acid, with the addition of key cofactors such as HMB, Phosphamax, Vitamin D and E to optimise growth and recovery.
Arachidonic Acid
Arachidonic acid (AA) is a polyunsaturated fatty acid of the Omega-6 series that plays a crucial role in inflammatory processes and tissue repair, essential for muscle growth and recovery. Converted into eicosanoids, such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes, through the cyclooxygenase (COX) and lipoxygenase (LOX) pathways, arachidonic acid rises to modulate inflammation, a key factor in muscle repair and hypertrophy. Prostaglandins in particular are involved in the activation of satellite cells, which are needed for post-training muscle repair and growth.
From this it follows that AA is not a limiting factor in protein synthesis but becomes fundamental to an effective response to exercise-induced muscle damage, facilitating the healing processes that include removing cellular waste and stimulating the synthesis of new muscle proteins. Through its metabolites, taking it can positively influence protein synthesis, acting indirectly on signalling pathways such as that of the mTOR protein, a key component in generating lean muscle mass growth. Arachidonic acid therefore plays an essential role in post-training inflammation, in recovery and in muscle growth, acting as a precursor that activates metabolic pathways.
A word on mTOR: the mTOR protein (mammalian target of rapamycin) is a protein kinase that “absorbs” all the information coming from nutrients (carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, fibre, water, vitamins and minerals) and from growth factors, that is proteins capable of stimulating cell proliferation and differentiation (IGF-1). This means it is the protein that controls the growth, metabolism and lifespan of cells. Being responsible for muscle growth, stimulating it leads to the hypertrophy of myocytes (muscle cells).
Phosphatidic Acid
Phosphatidic acid is a membrane phospholipid derived from glycerol and a precursor of other phospholipids such as phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine. It was recently discovered that phosphatidic acid, when accompanied by mechanical stress (that is, resistance training) and adequate protein intake, significantly activates the mTOR signalling pathway which, as we have seen, is the protein kinase responsible for muscle growth. Beyond this, further studies have highlighted how phosphatidic acid can even reduce catabolism, thereby decreasing muscle loss as well as supporting growth.
As early as 2012, researchers studied how taking phosphatidic acid alongside resistance training can bring clear improvements in muscle growth. The results from various studies were fairly clear: with training held equal, those who had taken phosphatidic acid had increased muscle mass by almost double and reduced fat mass by twice as much compared with the placebo group.
Speaking of the other side of the scale, catabolism, taking phosphatidic acid has been shown to have an anti-catabolic effect as well. Clinical studies were carried out analysing genetics in vitro, and it was seen that increased production of phosphatidic acid by myocytes leads to reduced breakdown of muscle proteins, thereby reducing catabolism. Beyond this factor, it was noted that increased gene expression of phosphatidic acid can interfere with the expression of myostatin, one of the main molecules responsible for the loss of muscle tissue. Scientists at Auburn University (USA) observed how a blend of phosphatidic acid and protein extremely increased protein synthesis and greatly reduced muscle catabolism.
Phosphamax®
To give you the maximum from the formulation, in AxidsBolic we have also added the Phosphamax® patent, which not only raises its effects but also improves its absorption.
HMB
HMB is a metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid L-leucine, a very useful supplement for preventing protein catabolism affecting the muscle myofibrils. Some studies have established that taking it delivers an excellent anti-catabolic and anabolic action. To date, international scientific literature seems to attribute a great many properties and health benefits to hydroxymethylbutyrate. Beyond the already mentioned anti-catabolic action countering training-induced proteolysis, this metabolite of the essential amino acid leucine also appears to have cholesterol-lowering, immunomodulating, antidiabetic and antihypertensive properties.
The definitive natural supplement for muscle growth. Something truly exceptional and unique on the world market that will raise your milestones and goals.
